Trump's GOP has become an unworkable vehicle for the propagation of
traditional conservative policy, such as free trade and democracy promotion.
He has a different agenda and style to the newly appointed Andy Coulson, who is more sympathetic to
traditional Conservative policies.

The
policy is a popular one for the
Conservative base because it's most helpful for
traditional one - income families, where one spouse, usually the mother, stays home to take care of the children.
