Whether it's
a traditional cupcake with a unique twist or a filled cupcake these recipes will quickly become family favourites because they are easy, delicious and most of all, fun!
I do believe the other reviewers have some valid points but there are solutions to make these even more like
a traditional cupcake.
My opinion is these look like cupcakes, but were dense in texture and not light a fluffy like
a traditional cupcake.
Hi Mandy, you might be able to bake them in a muffin tin, but they likely won't puff up like
a traditional cupcake (with or without coconut).
And that resulted in this recipe, which was finally approved by the Godfather and Princess A. It's not
a traditional cupcake texture, but it is good, and you really don't taste a ton of coconut in the batter.
