The court does not give you the option of casting blame, nor does it
offer traditional grounds such as adultery, abandonment or mental cruelty.
Failing to meet any of these conditions are
the traditional grounds on which a judicial review might be granted.
The overwhelming numbers of settlers and miners began taking over
their traditional grounds.
This clearly represents a stricter form of scrutiny than what
the traditional grounds of review would have allowed.
