One of the things we mention in our review is how the game has a bit more of a bombastic, action - packed opening than Monster Hunter fans might be used to — but that quickly gives way to more

Monster Hunter fans are those most likely to be drawn into Dauntless» world of
hunting, well,
monsters, but this is a game that I feel can reach beyond that audience, tapping into players of
traditional MMOs, the modern crop of online co-op games like Destiny and The Division, and many other.
It's lavishly produced and finds clever ways to make Rainbow Six's
traditional gadgets and strategies applicable to a
monster hunt - like zombies who don't become a major threat until they detect you, rewarding well - planned breach - and - clear maneuvers.
