But I think the only place where I could possibly start is by recognizing that the
loss of human life is
tragic (especially in Iraq, where much
of the post-invasion seems to have been badly bungled).

tragic loss of life, families are entitled to know what happened to their loved ones and what measures could be taken as a result to stop other families suffering the same fate.
