You can easily accomplish the same thing
with training bands by hitching a couple of bands to solid objects out to the sides of you.

Get into a straight - arm plank with hands a few inches outside of shoulders and feet on a stability ball (or in the loops of TRX
suspension training bands).
Insert a flye exercise in every workout with either
training bands or a machine.
If your gym doesn't have body suspension
training bands, use a resistance band and do standing flyes for the same duration.

So first, get
yourself some training bands (if you don't have them or can't get them, a low pulley cable with an ankle harness will work just fine).
A few of the exercises that utilize cable resistance can be very easily done with
a training band as well, opening even MORE exercises to you!
I've also use
a training band over the back, which gives nice resistance at the top but zero at the bottom.
