It's still unclear exactly how wealthy Li is — he took out a $ 300 million loan from Elliott Management, an American private equity fund, to help pay for the club — but so far this summer, Milan have spent more on
transfers than any other club in Europe.

lewa and Benz r out, griezmann, lukaku, auba and dybala r young and will have d cash pits of Europe chasing them... which means astronomical

Besides several teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the
transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their
club and they have champion's league play to contend with this season... just think of how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no team should be better organized
than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this team holds over all
others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes, in light of our current dilemma, but this team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current team

Stan Kroenke might not be emotionally connected to the
club like many
other clubs owners, and I can see how that is a problem for us fans, but the bottom line is that every
transfer season, Wenger has the finances to bring in more
than one top player.
just reading around and all if not most rags are saying our net spend is # 46 million how can they tell that when they do nt even know what our real budget is if it was # 100 million then we are in profit by quite a bit i do nt really know what they base there assumptions on this is where you could do with swiss ramble to dissect what really was spent from what i could see most of our 5
transfers were covered by out goings and c / l monies earned debuchy - vela deal, chambers - vermalen deal, ospina - cesc and miquel deals sanchez c / l monies and
other monies recovered from wages and old installment based deals this is the same with welbeck i would imagine if not then poldolski will be sold in jan to cover this as i think he was going to be sold and this would have covered welbecks
transfer more or less also and people do nt always realize that arsenal have money coming in from more
than one source to cover
transfers not just puma and emirates deals we have property arm of the
club which makes money for
transfers also outstanding debts we are owed of old
transfers we receive each year on song cesc maybe van persie and all
other structured deals in installment payments sales we just flogged miquel as an example and all the monies from released wages and youths sold its a bit to complex to just say we have a net spend of xyz when arsenal do nt even make the budget public so they have no starting point from which to go from i bet you we have broke even or even made a slight profit as we are self sustaining it would make sense that we can break even or at least make the net spend under # 10 million each year at least screw then all we are the arsenal we do thing our way
To be honest I was getting to the point in this summer
transfer window when I started thinking that any signing would do for Arsenal, as long as Arsene Wenger got his finger out and did something
other than his usual Gallic Frenchman's shrug while complaining about how hard it was to find players even though every
other club in the Premier League seemed to be having no trouble.
The Arsenal and France international forward Alexandre Lacazette was signed by Arsene Wenger this summer for a
club record
transfer fee for more
than just his goals, although that is clearly a major part of his appeal after he scored more in the last four seasons in Ligue 1

other striker, including the PSG stars Edinson Cavani and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former
club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this
club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our
club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier
club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this
club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future
than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of
others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst
clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our
transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
There were more Arsenal
transfer rumours linking the
club with a player in the deep lying central midfield role
than any
other, by some distance.
This is a decent article, yet the negatives from fans are still there, I would love to see arsenal like I did at the end of the 90's and at the beggining of the 2nd millennium but it doesn't mean in order to do so I would buy all the best players in world, I would get a rich owner to put his filthy money in, change the manager every 2 years to do so, there's so much wrong in football nowadays that yes it's still a sport but there's more focus on the filthy amounts of money being spent on
clubs and players that I think attracts more attention
than the game itself, now that is wrong and it's very wrong, even our owner though not like the arabs or Russians, yet the yank is clueless about the tradition of our game, it's just sad, so the fact that Wenger has remained for this long through all these changes that have occurred whilst the money game has elvolved, it makes me happy that arsenal do not spend stupid amounts of money on players, we don't try and buy the league, hell we even tight with wages and
transfer fees, I'm glad it's like that, though our season ticket is a rip off I still don't mind it because at least we are not like the
other supreme teams, there's a bit of tradition left at our
club, yet you go to man shitty or Chelski, there is no tradition, it's all about buying ur way all the way to the top, on the
other hand spuds don't know what to make of them besides how the heck have they finished above us?

So, these stories of bids and rejections and improved bids are unlikely to be true — it is more
than likely a
club has to register an interest in a player they want to buy, and wait to see if his
club makes its mind up to sell — and letting the
other clubs and the player's agent know, and then sit back and await the
club who are prepared to match their
transfer valuation and meet the player's personal terms, while they go through the same process to recruit a replacement.
The

It's sad, seeing us fight with each
other saying Rooney is better

club... and almost all of us know, the real
transfer business doesn't work as easily as in fifa and fm... But still...
We're «obsessed» with
transfers Jürgen because this is the English game and because we're sick to the back teeth of seeing
others advance so much that
clubs that were once seen as smaller
than us are now considered our new rivals.
