I decided that the best way to go about storing
the trash in my backpack for two weeks was to separate week one and week two into two different sandwich sized Ziploc bags (Christmas themed from last year).

backpack and with a florish, dump all the papers, pens, broken crayons and books
in the
trash.
These fruits, intead of going
in the
trash are left for students to grab a healthy afternoon school snack or are used
in the
backpack program for families with hunger issues.
