The reason the 3WD focuses on resistance
training which comprises of exercises such
as push ups and squats etc and not cardio exercise 3 week diet (running on
treadmill) is because resistance workouts actually burn twice
as many calories
as cardio workouts.
one more question since im at it, im doing 35 mins of interval
training on the
treadmill (2 mins at 3mph then 1 min at 9mph and i cycle that) 5 days a week and weight
training 1 hour those 5 days
as well (before i do my cardio)
After proper stretching, can it be
as effective to jump right into strength

training in your workout schedule at least a couple of times a week) too much cardio can see you lose muscle mass
as your body can start to use it for energy.
