20 $ / $ are a bit much for this
game but if you are into this kind
of games (
Trials, Joe Danger etc.) you can definitely have some
fun during a long train ride or while watching TV.
I have had a lot
of fun playing borderlands, so much in fact that I started a one hour
trial and played through the first part then bought the
game and played it again with my brother through co-op he quit halfway through so I just continued on and beat it, which this is a long
game, and then recently played it again with my brother and beat it again, and then had my
game deleted I don't
The music is incredible, and the
game looks great, and there are a few levels are genuinely
fun, but it isn't until the second to last world that the
game finally shows some
of its strengths, and they quickly diminish back into the grind
of trial - and - error that makes up most
of the final world.
The
fun will continue over the dozens
of hours
of exciting gameplay scenarios so long as you can push through the
game's first few hours
of ass - kickings and
trial - by - fire.
It was clearly an attempt to ape what the XBLA
Trials game was going for, and while it was not on the level
of the 360
games, it was a
fun physics
game with some well - handled mechanics and crazy level design.
Optional races or time
trials in Twilight are the same kind
of exercise in frustration as in prior Disney Infinity
games, but at least the mandatory vehicular sections aren't bad, and the core vehicle sections are actually
fun in the cases
of the Tatooine pod race and Cad Bane chase sequences.
Fans
of Trials HD, Excitebike, Mario Kart, or just plain
fun games will soon come to appreciate just what makes Joe Danger so special.
If the energy - based freemium system the
game uses didn't grind your gears too much, you were rewarded with a really
fun Trials game that had loads
of depth and a neat multiplayer mode.
Even with the steep difficulty curve in the later courses,
Trials HD is
fun, plain and simple, and is one
of those
games that every XBLA fan should own.
Asphalt 5 is an attractive 3D racing
game that's a lot
of fun, but the included version here is only a limited
trial.
That being said, some sections
of the
game, particularly in the final
trials right at the end, are more frustrating than
fun.
At the end
of the day, though, I feel that despite all
of its pitfalls and frustrations No Time To Explain is ultimately a
fun little
game that is worth picking up unless you're the kind
of person that finds
trial and error gameplay too annoying.

Snake Pass is a unique puzzle physics
game presented with bright colours and decent audio, at times it can be extremely challenging especially for some
of the collectables but this doesn't make it off putting, with it's slithering movements and thoughtful obstacles it becomes great
fun for children or adults, I would have liked to see more levels although with some
of the ones later in the
game being quite long winded it doesn't feel short, when you bundle that with the time
trials for each level you can be playing for hours and hours.

Because this is a killing
game like before, whenever a murder takes place, the
game shifts into detective mode, and eventually this all boils down into the Class
Trials, which is where the main
fun of the
game can be had.
The first pack

Thanks to this, some patience will have you unlocking Master locks on your first try, and I feel like what was previously a frustrating
game of trial and error has been turned into a slightly skillful minigame, and it's way more
fun.
It's a
fun little
game split between socialising with a reasonably charismatic cast, followed by a grizzly murder that forces you to investigate crime scenes looking for clues and evidence, and climaxing in a classroom
trial in an attempt to discover the identity
of the guilty.
There are two exceptions, for my money: The Arkham
games, since taking down a large group
of enemies required such precision and fluidity (though that wasn't DLC, so maybe that doesn't even count) and Dishonored «s much - more -
fun - than - I - expected «Dunwall City
Trials» which, by focusing purely on individual elements
of gameplay, ended up feeling very different from the base
game.
Finally, the
Trial stage, and boy I have not had this much
fun since Phoenix wright
games, you get to cross section, produce evidence and make your claims in a very active and
fun set
of trails.
But, as challenging as these
trials can be, most
of the
fun will be sapped from the
game once you've solved the puzzles the first time, so all you are left with is a patience - trying slog.
There is a single - player challenge mode, but the difficulty curve for it is ridiculously high and it consists
of time
trial runs through obstacle - filled courses that just aren't as
fun as the
game itself so that's best just avoided.
