tried cacao nibs before?
First of all, I hadn't
tried cacao nibs before this (and I have to confess, I didn't even know what they were)... but they are GOOD!
Chocolate granola is something I've been wanting to make since I finally bought and
tried cacao nibs a few weeks back (and subsequently used in a Nutella Smoothie and Homemade Chocolate).
(Can use water if no lemon juice) add more if needed for thick consistency 1/2 c. chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips OR 1 c chopped walnuts, 3/4 c cranberries or raisins, or
try CACAO NIBS!
Try our Cacao Nibs in smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, baked goods, ice - cream, trail mix, snack food, or as a chocolate chip alternative.
If you're looking for a more natural / raw chocolate,

try adding a couple of medjool dates to the mix too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel like you need a crunch, add a little less milk and then pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favourite granola, nuts, seeds, raisins,
cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious smoothie bowl.

It's just getting hot here so I am super excited to
try this, and yes I will be one of those people also paying $ 10 for
cacao nibs... got ta do it!
Try hazelnut or walnut meal instead of the almond flour if you're not allergic... Regarding sweetness in the dish, use honey if you're afraid of maple syrup and you can always omit chock chips and use
cacao nibs.
I've only
tried the almond
cacao nibs ones but I'm making them for the second time right now and I doubled the recipe because my boyfriend and I love these!!
