tried coconut aminos, is it similar to liquid aminos?

I'm
trying to cut down on sodium so used
coconut aminos in place of the soy sauce and cut the olive oil in half, adding extra veg stock instead.
Can't wait to
try again with all

If you prefer a tangier flavor,
try reducing the
Coconut Aminos by 1 tsp and replacing it with
Coconut Vinegar.
I discovered
Coconut Aminos from an insane diet by BF insisted we
try that required us to cut out literally everything and had me eating lentils and rice for like every meal (bonus I lost like 4 lbs in three days which is probably unhealthy) but I digress, these things are DELICIOUS.
I am currently on the Whole30 and have been
trying to eat Paleo more due to a number of GI issues that seem to be helped by eating this way and I will say that
Coconut Aminos have been a game changer in adding flavor to cooking without added wheat or sugar.
You could
try adding some
coconut aminos instead.
