Hi Donna, I've never actually tried using coconut flour for this recipe — I imagine it would be quite dense and not have the loaf like flavour because of the lack of buckwheat!

Hi Danielle, I've not actually tried this recipe with coconut flour but I think using the exact same amount would work fine.
I haven't tried specifically for this recipe, but usually it works fine to substitute the almond flour with 1/3 of the quantity in coconut flour, since the coconut flour absorbs more moisture than almond flour.
