Hi Donna, I've never actually
tried using
coconut flour for this
recipe — I imagine it would be quite dense and not have the loaf like flavour because of the lack of buckwheat!
Also i have

try it, so how much
coconut flour would u use in the
recipe instead of the buckwheat

tried this
recipe with
coconut flour but I think using the exact same amount would work fine.
I haven't
tried specifically for this
recipe, but usually it works fine to substitute the almond
flour with 1/3 of the quantity in
coconut flour, since the
coconut flour absorbs more moisture than almond
flour.

Among things I change on occasion are: — Olive oil instead of
coconut oil — Honey instead of maple syrup — Replacing some of the
flour with chickpea
flour — I never
tried the millet actually but have instead always added pumpkin seeds which complement the babana marvelously — I always cut down on the sugar in half (I generally do so in
recipes) and I dislike cloves so no.
If you
try to substitute
coconut flour in this
recipe, your cookies will be dry as a bone and probably won't even stick together.
Otherwise they tasted good — looking forward to
trying again & for more

coconut flour... totally guessing, but it might be worth re-working this

trying to get off wheat and sugar, so I've been loikong for a starter
recipe using almond
flour, this one turned out pretty well, despite a lot of substitutions I used half chickpea
flour, I added cocoa instead of chocolate chips, subbed earth balance for the fat and sweetened with a little
coconut sugar and stevia.
It may be best to start with already Paleo
recipes that use
coconut flour to get a feel for it before you start
trying to Paleofy other

coconut flour from bob red mills after cooking it, i noticed it the mixture does nt stick together very well should i add more eggs?
However, I swapped my go - to gluten - free
flour blend and
coconut sugar 1:1 on every

tried, including these brownies, and had great results.
