tried with some of our home grown kale once and it was just not meant to be —
coconut water with large pieces of kale floating about in it was rather hard to drink.
You could

Liquids: After
trying various combos, I settled on unsweetened almond milk and
coconut water as my liquids for the relative nutritional benefits with fewer calories than juice or milk.
If regular skim milk works for you, then you might want to
try that, but if you want to avoid milk altogether, then you could
try apple juice or
coconut water.
Try using fresh or freshly frozen organic mangoes, frozen bananas,
coconut water, a little bit of vanilla powder and lots of baby spinach leaves.

coconuts on the beaches of Thailand, you won't regret getting a case), and Rawmio raw chocolate hazelnut spread (my addiction — and yours too, from the second you give it a
try).
However, after seeing your comment I
tried soaking my
coconut and almond flours for 24 hours in a little lemon juice and
water and it worked like a charm!
If you refrigerate it and
try to drink it again the next day, it totally separates into a rock hard solid on top and
coconut water on the bottom.
My niece has stomach problems and is allergic to wheat, dairy and eggs so I
tried to make her lemon poppyseed mini cakes and used gluten free flour,
coconut oil and egg replacer, (recipe called for 2 1/4 cup flour, 1 1/3 cup butter, 5 eggs) but when I mixed it up it was like paste and liquid y on top, put it in the pan and baked it, (350) and the oil and
water separated and came to the surface, looked like I was deep frying, needless to say it came out like hardtack, what's wrong??
I haven't
tried it with
coconut oil before — I can't promise that the recipe will work because butter is about 15 - 20 %
water.
So lately I've
tried buying it 2 ways — as a dehydrated «brick,» which is usually called «creamed
coconut,» and has to be reconstituted with
water before you can use it, and as
coconut milk powder.
The inspiration for this recipe came after seeing a post on homemade
coconut water lemonade and I'm actually kind of surprised I haven't
tried this before.
I'm
