try some

eat more healthily which i hope will help my acne and skin and just make me feel better inside and out.
Made this for my meat -
eating family to
try and introduce
more vegetables to them as a means
of showing veggie dishes are a lovely change to a Sunday roast dinner.
The biscuits are a great snack too, and we even
ate a little
more of them with maple syrup and honey (we
tried both!)
Maybe give the raw brownies a
try next time — they are sweeter and
more palatable perhaps if you aren't used to this sort
of eating.

I still definitely tend to
eat more of almond or cashew butter but I love to
try peanut butter every so often.
I'm pretty confident that with spicy foods, you burn
more calories
trying to
eat it than the actual caloric value
of the food.
Tips for
eating more: If you're put off by the sour taste
of grapefruit but don't want to add refined sugar to it,
try half a teaspoon
of raw, organic honey spread along the top
of half a grapefruit.

I'm
trying to
eat more protein for health reasons AND, I'm in charge
of potatoes for Thanksgiving.
For Marshall Rader, a 2009 diagnosis
of celiac disease meant
more than the usual headaches as he
tried to
eat gluten - free while on the road.
I was actually excited to hear those words and told him that it meant he was tired
of eating like a toddler and needed to
try more complex foods.
I thought it wouldn't hurt to
try so I started adding a tablespoon
of coconut butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and
eating more flax, avocado, nut butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.
I
try to make them these types
of meals the bulk
of my
eating plan for the week, and your site is invaluable to me (as are the comments, which add even
more variety!)
(I
eat pancakes maybe twice a year but it might be hard not to
eat them
more often with this recipe) I may
try adding a bit
of vanilla but they really don't need it.
I liked the way I was
eating so much
more than cooking from «diabetic cookbooks» that favor artificial ingredients and
try to make healthier versions
of old stand - bys that never quite measure up.
This one is especially helpful, because I've been
trying to cut back on a teeennssyy bit
of carbs, so I've been
trying to
eat more salads... knowing how to mix up my own dressings will definitely help keep things interesting!
As we really
eat Matzo only at the SEDER (we are not religious), I'll give a
try to the cruchy ones, maybe my grandchildren will become
more positive about Matzos (they do expect however the Aficoman — ALL
of them).

I always like to
try to come up with salads that are a bit different and that contain a variety
of ingredients (i.e., not just vegetables) to make them

of your favorite no - calorie sweeteners because it's clean -
eating friendly, so I'm
trying to create
more recipes with it as well!
I made it with chickpeas instead
of tempeh (
trying to get hubby to
eat more vegetarian and wasn't brave enough to
try that yet.)
And I have bookmarked dozens
more (we just
try not to
eat too many, as the primary source
of our calories on the GAPS diet (and for most people) should come from animal products and veggies).
Nibbling a biscuit is certainly
more commute - friendly than
trying to
eat a bowl
of muesli on the bus — but is a breakfast biscuit as nutritious as cereal?
