I now have two of your books which I love, they are looking a bit worn out though as I use them nearly every day I'm about to
try your Keto Bread recipe and the hold up before this was that I couldn't find
egg white protein powder, so I did a bit of research & made my own, it's really quite easy & much cheaper than buying away.
I hope you'll let us know if that brand of
egg white protein works in this recipe since I haven't

I just bought
egg white protein powder at Trader Joe's, 8 oz for a little under $ 10 if anyone wants to
try this recipe and not spend a lot.
I personally find that so far I don't like anything made with the Jay Robb
egg white protein, but it's so expensive, I'm going to keep
trying recipes.

protein powders like soy or hemp, but I do know that whey, casein and

If a palm - sized amount of
protein at each meal seems impossible, you can
try having smaller meals, use a plain, unsweetened
egg -
white protein powder or collagen peptides in smoothies, have a cup of bone broth mixed with collagen peptides, or whatever you need to do to make it work.

I've been making homemade energy balls / bites for years now with a base of dates and nuts, but wanted to
try recreating RX bars with the
egg white protein powder.
They are very similar to Larabars or energy balls you may have seen on Pinterest (if you've
tried those, also delicious), but have the added benefit of

Try swapping out your croissant and bagel for yummy,
protein - rich alternatives instead (
