For a
tried and true
flax egg recipe that will replace one regular
egg, simply mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxmeal with 2 1/2 tablespoons of water.
I haven't
tried an
egg substitute in this recipe, but you could
try leaving them out altogether or subbing with some fresh ground
flax seed.
Replace the milk with almond milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk), you could use canola oil instead of melted butter, you could
try a «
flax egg» in place of the
egg.

try using 3 tablespoons of mashed banana instead or
flax egg.
You can
try by adding more pumpkin, and if you really need it,
flax meal mixed with hot water to make «

flax / beet juice mixture functions as an
egg substitute - so «
flax eggs»... You could
try one or two real
eggs.
You could probably add a third
flax egg instead of the banana, but I haven't
tried that.

I haven't

flax eggs before, but I don't think they would hold up their shape without
eggs.

flax eggs, it is more crumbly.
Try it without the
egg next time and see how you do... if you use
flax seed and you grind it, add a bit of water to it before you add it to the mix and it will act a little eggy.

eggs 1:1 with
flax eggs.
