tried using it with these muffins and the nutty flavor that they impart, that I usually like, didn't work as well.

try by adding more pumpkin, and if you really need it,
flax meal mixed with hot water to make «egg whites».

tried freezing a few sliced bananas, then adding them to the blender with a tbs of nutella, peanut butter, or apple butter, and a tbs of
flax meal.
I wasn't sure about the results but I gave it a
try using chickpeas flour instead of the arrowroot, sesame
meal ins ted of the
flax seed and carob syrup instead of the agave nectar... I still can not believe how good it came out!

meal, with the addition of things like leafy greens, broccoli, brown rice and beans, or sneak it into your smoothie by adding
flax seeds, chia seeds, oats or acacia fiber.

try coconut flour or potentially
flax meal but the recipe will need to be altered to to get the right consistency.

try making a «
flax egg» if you have
flax meal.
You could use all hemp, or substitute almond flour for the
flax meal — these are just suggestions though as I haven't actually
tried either.
I have not
tried it in my
flax seed
meal recipes because I can eat eggs.
The writer of this wonderful cookbook has this tip for substituting flours: «We

flax powder,
flax meal and ground flaxseed in place of the
flax flour.

In all honesty, no... When creating this recipe, I probably
tried about 10 - 12 different permutations (some with
flax meal, coconut flour, whey protein) and this is the one that tasted properly good and had the best bread texture (particularly after fully cooled).
I may
try replacing the wheat germ in some of your recipes with
flax seed
meal.
Try one of my go - to smoothies made with brazil nut milk (so easy, rinse and soak the nuts overnight then toss them in a blender with 3:1 water to nut ratio and blend - you can strain out the nut
meal or keep it in for some fiber content), spirulina, banana, strawberry and
flax oil.

tried a recipe without coconut flour but you can
try substituting it with sesame flour or more
flax meal.
Or you can
try whole sesame seeds and grind them just like you would
flax seeds to make
flax meal.

try the following: Instead of 4 tbsp

flax meal help... maybe a bit of xanthan gum but I haven't
