We're
trying to eat everything left in the fridge and freezer all of my

muffins yet, but I bet you could make big batches of them and thaw them out the night before for gatherings.

tried making these peach
muffins with
frozen peaches and they're just not the same.
If you are not sure of a certain recipe,
freeze just one slice or
muffin and
try it without having a whole loaf or batch of
muffins that you don't like.
I think i will
try these as larger
muffins and
try frozen raspberries and peaches too.
I haven't
tried making these with
frozen cranberries, but I use this
muffin base all the time, and have used
frozen blueberries and mangoes, which worked out well.

try that macadamia nut ice cream, plus a variety of other Maui - made ice cream, along with
frozen yogurt,
muffins and pastries, specialty coffees, and deli sandwiches.
