I have to be honest...
I tried goat cheese once and tried to like it.
I love beets and hummus, but have never
tried goat cheese before.
I love egg mayonnaise but never tried that with goat cheese, infact i've never
tried goat cheese.
Would love to
try goat cheese as well!

try goat cheese (about 1/2 of the people with sensitivities to cow milk can still have goats cheese).

goat»!
I make my own
goat milk ricotta
cheese, which is a simple, satisfying process that everyone should

Some suggestions: instead of tomatoes,
try any juicy, slightly sweet vegetable; add some kidney beans in there; replace the cucumbers with something equally crunchy, like fresh bell peppers; if you like the taste of raw onions, you can put some of those in; sub out the Feta for a
goat cheese or perhaps Parmesan shavings; add roasted nuts or seeds; etc..
I do not like

Finally forget the mozzarella and
try topping your pizza with tangy,
goat cheese.
It seems a warmed
goat cheese / date dollop could send it over the top (I've
tried it, it does).
If you do dairy,
try using
goat's milk cream
cheese instead of the regular run of the mill cream
cheese.
I usually bring this on picnics but never
tried it with
goats cheese which is BTW a really good idea!

If you don't want to use feta,
try this with crumbled
goat cheese.
