diet many times and I find it amazing that every time I
go on it within 4 to 6 days I get a period!

tried everything to fix it: Brewer's yeast, omitting FODMAPS from my
diet, no dairy, no nuts, CaveGirlEats oil cleansing, ACV in my hair (in case it was chemicals causing it)... the list
goes on.
As a person who has

going to find a better overcome better tasting food, especially if you are

Hi im 26 ive also been diognosed with vit my dad has it as well, its not as bad but i would
try to
go on gluten free
diet to halt the progression, over the years iv had of stomach aches feeling bloted and tired sometimes vomiting as well thinking its food poisoning followed by a huge miggrane and sore muscules, iv also had low iron when i was young, so puting it all together and seeing everyone elses condition looks like gluten is the problem, i also had a blood test for celiac it came back negative.
I never did anything about it or
tried any treatments, but it
went away
on its own when I switched to a high fat
diet in my mid-30 ′ s. Partially hydrogenated vegetable oils I think were the main reason for my cellulite.

While it is tempting to
try to
go the junk food route, you want a weight - gain
diet for muscle builders that will allow you to put
on muscle and bulk in a healthy, sustainable way.
