trying various options that didn't work well with either hamburgers or hot dogs, I finally purchased bun and
roll pans, then made both buns and
rolls using your «Hearty Whole
Grain Buns» recipe (above) with your delicious bread mix and sparkling water.
Try rolled oats or a crushed, unsweetened whole
grain cereal as breading for baked chicken, fish, veal cutlets, or eggplant parmesan.
I generally use only
rolled oats when making the granola because it's all I have, but I've been meaning to
try adding other
grains like barley or rye.

You can
try with
rolled oats, but the water -
grain ratio would be totally different — it'd be a matter of experimenting.
