try it with all coconut cream I think it would be fine, however I'd recommend increasing the lemon by a couple of tsp as well as adding some onion and garlic powder since you'll lose the flavor from the mayo.

I tried these with coconut oil in place of the butter and came out with decent cookies, but had a hell of a time getting the ingredients to blend, even with using a food processor.
I haven't

try them with the coconut flour - I made them twice according to the recipe, so I'm confident you won't end up with mush.
I plan on making these soon and I'll
try it with coconut oil - I think it may add a slight flavor to the cookies bars, but if you're used to coconut oil it shouldn't be a problem.
