tried jicama raw & i liked the flavor & the crunch; just haven't purchased it again.

Wow I just made pad thai a few nights ago and I
tried to make up my own recipe using chickpeas instead of tofu and shredded
jicama instead of bean sprouts.
The district is nervous to
try the change but willing as long as I don't go crazy (and by crazy, they said no quinoa, tofu, or
jicama).
Try eating more sweet potatoes, yams, carrots, parsnips, yucca, beets, rutabaga, turnips,
