tried kvass, the taste wasn't as bad as I expected and the health benefits were more than I expected.
Anywho... # 1: I make Kombucha as well, but have been dying to
try the kvass... are the beets cooked, or just peeled with a veggie peeler and chopped raw?

kvass certainly doesn't look any scarier than those, so I might just have to
try it.
