try before coming back to this one.
I also
try to explain to people just what you said: eating GF «typically» cuts out a
lot of processed foods and forces you to make your own food... that's what makes most people feel better... it's not the
gluten proteins!

Cranberry Orange I use ground flax meal as a substitute for the

try changing the ratio
of sugars or butter, as my original, amazingly wonderful,
gluten filled old cookie recipe was like 2 sticks
of butter and
lots o» sugar, but for now this works!
They're also
gluten - free which isn't a huge concern
of mine but is to a
lot of people so I
try and help out my readers by making most
of my recipes
gluten - free.
I went in circles for years
trying to fix thyroid problems and it wasn't until I was properly diagnosed with autoimmune thyroid disease and got on an immune balancing protocol (including
gluten free, since 95 %
of Hashimoto's patients are
gluten intolerant) that I finally felt normal again - it only took a couple
of weeks to start feeling a
lot better!
That's a tough one, because I grew up with a
lot of food heavy in dairy and
gluten, two things that I
try / need to avoid now.

gluten / whole grains, and supplementing with Fe and casually Zn, and what shall I say: Never felt better.
