I have not personally
tried macarons with natural sweeteners yet but I can only assume it will be sticky.

try using parchment (baking paper) on your silicon mat with a piping guide under it (I have one for download in my chocolate hazelnut
macaron post), just until you get the hang of it.

Although I've never made rice paper bacon, here's an idea you could
try: when cookies or French
macarons stick to parchment paper (and I've made both of those on parchment), I very lightly and quickly use a pastry brush to brush water on the back of the parchment to release the
macaron.

tried them out yesterday, was a HUGE success... the only thing i'm not 100 % happy is that even after the food processing, i still find the almond meal and icing mixture slightly grainy... any advice on that?

macarons made with liquid from canned chickpeas..
As my first attempt of making
macarons was a success I could hardly wait the moment to

try, such as Coq au Vin, Blistered Tomato Salad with Scallops, Panna Cotta, and a slew of
Macaron cookies.
I no longer have the old recipe using erythritol because it simply just wasn't any good I did do a quick search online and found this one though: https://www.finedininglovers.com/recipes/dessert/gluten-free-macaroons-sugar-free/ I haven't
tried xylitol in
Macarons because it doesn't «agree» with me, but in my experience of over 30 failed batches, French
Macarons will not work without sugar.
