I
tried these today and my batter came out SUPER thick, nothing
like the picture or
like regular
pancake batter... I ended up just adding more milk until it looked right, but I think this resulted in overmixing because I never got bubbles and they just didn't turn out right.
I just
tried to make it by using the separated egg i.e. whipping the white first then adding banana + yolk and while the batter looked beautiful when I was frying the
pancake it wasn't strong enough to stay together and couldn't flip as one whole piece Mine turned out
like a mush.
Mmm, I have yet to

like... and I can't see that carrot cake

I make vegan friendly
pancakes quite often, but they usually turn out thicker than I'd
like, so I'll definitely give your method a
try.
My only dislike was the overly eggy taste, which is fine for savoury
pancakes, but I
like mine with maple syrup so will
try experimenting with less egg yolk and more egg white.

tried some complimentary samples of their Belgian Supreme Waffle Mix (works for Belgian or traditional waffles), Buttermilk
Pancake Mix, and Protein Buttermilk
Pancake Mix (with 13g of protein per serving)-- these mixes make wonderful light and fluffy
pancakes and thick, crispy waffles that really taste
like homemade!
