It was a bit of an experiment for me because the easy way out is to use a pre-mixed all purpose gluten free

try the suggestion of subbing protein powder for the
peanut flour and, of course, will top with protein frosting.
Once you get a little more comfortable with low carb baking, you can start
trying out other ingredients like coconut
flour,
peanut flour, etc, that take a little more know - how to work with.
