I must say that I've never
tried spirulina before.
Admittedly, until you have
tried spirulina in its prepared format, you may be unsure of eating it at all.
I have never
tried spirulina as I really don't do any type of powders in a really long time.
I haven't
tried spirulina either.
As there are a lot of other delicious ingredients in this smoothie, it tends to mask the taste of spirulina, You could
try spirulina tablets if you prefer which don't taste.

trying spirulina, so I was a bit skeptical and I put just a tablespoon or two into the mixture, but it turned out to be much better than I expected.
I eat a lot of the foods that you mention but I've yet to
try Spirulina.
If fact, Dr. Mercola notes that spirulina is such a potent detoxifier that sleepiness may be experienced the first time someone
tries spirulina.

The kids have always loved
spirulina smoothies so getting them to
try a green smoothie for breakfast wasn't to much of a stretch, but to further disguise the silverbeet (chard) I've bumped up the flavours by adding some freshly squeezed orange juice and virgin coconut oil, so even the most weary reader will enjoy it too!
