I really wanted to start using hemp seeds but I managed to pick up ones still in their shell and didn't realize until I had opened the packet and couldn't return them, all the recipes I've looked at so far use shelled hemp and im wondering what to do with these ones,

try the ACV trick... did I miss what the purpose was for that??? If you soak your quinoa and let it «minimally
sprout», you can then low heat cook it and turns out a great texture I think.
