tried sprouting the quinoa or cooking it before adding it to the mix?
I've been trying to come up with a tasty alternative and finally decided to
try sprouted quinoa, the star of vegan and gluten free culinary worlds.

try the ACV trick... did I miss what the purpose was for that??? If you soak your
quinoa and let it «minimally
sprout», you can then low heat cook it and turns out a great texture I think.
Last time I
tried quinoa I did soak it, actually it ended up
sprouting as I probably soaked it a bit too long.
I've been
trying to focus on my protein intake lately, and this is an easy recipe to slip more veggie protein into — I served my bowl of curry over a bowl of cooked
quinoa and put some
sprouted lentils into the curry.
Surprisingly, I've never had

I had real good luck

sprouted at all and then tasted vinegary.
