I have in fact

tried another one that I ordered by mail and is really the best so far — but it's just not very readily available in the U.S..
I loved your recipe, sounds really good and I will
try to do my best without using wine and replacing the

But I think it's worth your while to
try replacing the butter with Earth Balance buttery sticks, the milk with unsweetened almond milk, and the
cheese with my favorite recipe for meltable
vegan mozzarella by Miyoko Schinner.
I might
try adding a little
vegan cheese to the mixture too.
