For some strange reason I have never tried it with quinoa, but now that you've mentioned it it sounds like perfection.

Hey Laura, You can taste the bananas really subtlety so if you're not a fan then I think avocado could be a good substitute yes, I haven't tried it with avocado so let me know how it goes!
I've actually never tried these with grated ginger before so I'm not too sure about the quantity but I'm sure it would taste delicious x
