The issue is there is no middle - ground, so you can either have your
troops standing
around like idiots while your frontlines are massacred or you can lose most of your army because they followed the
enemy home.
Everything revolves
around the turn - based combat system where you pit your
troops against the
enemy.

Still, it was impressive seeing the destruction and quantity of
enemies mixed with fighting other
troops all
around you.
