You probably believe your own statement simply because it fits in with your beliefs, accepting it as
true as a matter of faith alone without proof.

true believe, don't you have
faith that none
of this — atheists, gay people, sinners, non-believers, Mexicans and so forth doesn't
matter one bit?
Saying god exists does not make that so...
of course the opposite is
true as well... all the pundits here (and Hawking) who like to call things by descriptive names like «fairy tales» do so because they are desperate to be right in this
matter... because no one can be proven right or wrong in this I choose to respect the
faith that some have in Science
as well
as thos who have
faith in God's existence.

true in this is that sin is

matter of course the immediate, for that is no more
true than that
faith as a
matter of course is the immediate.

matter of fact, bring us to the place where our only response is worship; and a
faith which does not involve and express itself in the worship
of God through Christ is a
faith which is radically imperfect — so imperfect, indeed, that one may doubt that it is
true Christian
faith at all.
Are the reachings out for spiritual community with sincere believers
of other
faiths to be one - sided, in that the insights
of Western Christianity alone are to be held
