This is where the interviewer must assess the candidate's
true interest in the position by the candidate's show of passion and excitement,
cultural fit, technical skills and motivation — and whether there are any red flags in the candidate's background.
That's
true of «
cultural cognition» and like forms of motivated reasoning that figure in the tendency of people to
fit their assessments of information — from scientific «data» to expository arguments to the positions of putative experts to (again!)
While it's
true that most employers take things like personality or
cultural fit into consideration during the hiring process, they're not looking for that kind of information on your resume.
The key is to be
true to yourself here, as poor
cultural fit is one of the main reasons new hires don't work out.

true personality, sales skills, problem - solving skills, and
cultural fit in action.
