As a domestic violence advocate / paralegal / journalist, I strongly support a bill to be passed into a law making it a crime of Parental Alienation as in many cases of domestic violence, this is

Sadly, the research establishes that there is a high probability
of intergenerational transmission
of childhood trauma; this has been found to be
true for a variety
of forms of trauma (e.g., neglect, physical and sexual
abuse, domestic violence, substance
abuse) in numerous samples
of parents and
children (e.g., Langeland & Dijkstra, 1995; Pears & Capaldi, 2001, Stith et al., 2000; Widom, Czaja, & DuMont, 2015).

form of child abuse.5

true: PAS is often times dismissed and denied as a
form of child abuse.
