of many different abdominal
muscle groups and most are not visible from the front
of your body, and the
true purpose
of your core is to make sure you can stabilize and transfer force from your feet up to your hands and vice versa.
Furthermore, all
of the exercises are tried - and -
true bodybuilding classics that have been in the game for decades and train multiple
muscle groups at the same time.
Most people, including champions, will never achieve this level
of development throughout all
of their
muscle groups - and measurements taken at higher body fat levels do not reflect
true muscular development.
And with all that engagement through the hip flexors and the Quadratus lumborum
of this position when a
true back without all that rounding, we're going to add to it with the rectus femoris (that's the hip flexor that's in the quadricep
muscle group in your thighs).
Use
of weight training that causes
true muscle fatigue, and it may be body weight, but there are limits to exercises you can do with body weight - only that feature your major
muscle groups.
