authentic value in the
Church and does not depend on the status of either the minister or the recipient.
Authentic proclamation will be a spontaneous output of a
church which is
truly a worshipping community, welcoming outsiders, offering their service in both
church and society and being a pilgrim community that makes its proclamation along the way.
