While it's important to have staples in your kitchen, it's also imperative to continuously mix it
up and explore
new recipes, especially when
trying to stick to plant based
foods.
But eating oats in regular fashion regularly gets quite boring and since I like to
try variety of
food and in their
new form I came
up with Oats and Chickpeas Pilaf.

new food don't give
up.
My son often
tries a
new food but then spits it out, only to put it back in his mouth if it is

Try serving
new or previously rejected
foods with accepted, safe
foods — your child may warm
up to them quicker this way.
Give your baby several chances to warm
up to a
new food — it may take 15 - 20
tries before your baby warms
up to a
food.
I was the pickiest eater growing
up I only ate processed junk
food — one day I realized I was living with the decisions of my 5 year old self and decided to

new food every day — after a couple weeks I was the farthest thing from a picky eater.
Nevertheless, I've visited plenty of schools - even in low - income communities - where children are served grown -
