I have made this bread quite a few times, you could
try putting the bread mixture
in a larger but more shallow
baking tin / tray.
I would
try doubling the quantity to fill the whole
baking tray and also make sure you whizz the oats and everything
in the blender long enough to make sure it binds together well x
