trying a new
surf spot or two to feel the rhythm of the ocean at a different
surf location, and attempt more aggressive maneuvers closer to the pocket.
Some of the things that you will learn here are: timing (when to start paddling for a
wave and when to stand up), positioning on the board (normally you can
try different size of boards according to your daily improvement), paddling techniques, turning (how to ride the
wave sideways), getting through the
bigger waves and
surfing etiquette.

biggest hurdles for
surfers as they advance from riding in the whitewater to
trying to learn how to
surf unbroken
waves is where to position themselves and the importance of paddling hard for the
wave.
A few of the boys gave it a
try and got
waves that would be considered epic anywhere else, but 4 Bobs was
bigger and more makable so we
surfed there and Karambat Left all day and there were no other
surfers to be seen.

surf in mizata is amazing consistence, is one of the spots that locar
surfers try when there are not much
waves in the different spots, most of the time the
waves are
bigger in Mizata than other places in La Libertad, making it a spot for small swells and not the right spot when
big swells comes, it can get much
bigger sizes making it very hard to
surf it, currents can be strong and the small bay of the pointbreak is very short.

bigger waves than yesterday, while advanced
trying to get some barrels and long rides.
