try and tackle it with it looking like accutane will be the next step — I
tried making my own skin products and eat very healthy (
cook all your
recipes!)

cook should not limit the meal to the cuisine of just one region.
I've made lots of Ella's
recipes and I've absolutely loved all (except for the cacao oatmeal cookies which I found super bland), and I quitted sugar and wheat almost 5 months ago so my taste buds are used to this kind of
cooking, so I figured I should give them a
try.

tried a few i do find them very bland and a little bit expensive regards patty..
I love chocolate and sweets and I am not a very good
cook, but I am going to

I think it's definitely worth a
try and yes they would
cook the same way, I think for this
recipe they would work absolutely fine but maybe not for something like the sweet potato brownies which requires that sticky sweetness of sweet potatoes!
It's really important in this
recipe to leave the pancakes, untouched, until they have
cooked on one side before
trying to move them, that could have caused the issue.
I've actually made a few of the
recipes with my college age son and I'm proud to say
cooking healthy with him has paid off as I often get texts asking for
recipes he wants to
try out on his room mates!!

I use medjool dates quite a lot in my
recipes as they are super sweet and easy to
cook with but you could
try using prunes or dried figs instead.
I used brown rice flour for these and they taste really good although I
cooked mine for 50 minutes and they still weren't fully
cooked on the inside, but I think I have a bad oven or something lol because baking
recipes I
try never come out how they are supposed to
I was 15 when I got ill (I'm 34 now) but I want you to know that anorexia can be beaten and
trying to
cook your own food following healthy sensible and nutritious
recipes like these is a great way to get there.

cook lots of meals which don't include super complicated ingredients, just fresh fruits and veg so I hope you can find more

All the
recipes in this cookbook are either raw or very lightly -
cooked, and there is such a versatile number of dishes that you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to picking one to
try.
It's always great to find new ways to
cook veggies, so I'm looking forward to
trying this

cook with pastry, but do have some in the fridge so could

tried this
recipe twice now, and both times, I've ended up having to
cook it WAY longer (this time I went to an hour and a half before finally giving up in frustration because the crust was starting to turn black)

We've been eating a lot of chicken lately so I decided to mix things up and add in some pork, not to mention the fact that my slow
cooker has been feeling very neglected lately with all of the oven - based
