tried them myself.

Was toying with the idea of substituting the
egg with chia seeds as I read that it's a good
replacement for
eggs in recipes... Has anyone

After becoming vegan four years ago, I've been disappointed — as have my grandchildren — that all my cookies I
tried turned out sponge - like or biscuity, and that the
egg replacements I used overwhelmed the flavors of the cookies.
You may want to
try some healthier
egg replacement foods.
They are not vegan due to the 2
eggs, but you could always
try a vegan
egg replacement if this is something you care about.

tried soaked chia or flax as an

Hi Aurora, I think that flax
egg or chia
egg may be better
replacements but I haven't
tried them in this recipe (use 1 tbsp flax or chia + 3 tbsp water for every 1
egg).
I don't eat them because of a food intolerance, and have struggled to find a good
replacement... Would love to
try the 7 day diet, but there are so many
egg - based meals that I'm not sure what to do.
