training (like

body) to keep it aerobic and to

I started on a conventional
body part split back in the 80s,
tried double split
training, Arnold - style
training, HIT, Heavy Duty,
full body workouts, upper lower splits, and so on.
RECO, OREA and the Boards do make the effort, are
trying and definitely acknowledge that proper
training is the most important key to industry success but we obviously can not expect our governing
bodies to take
full responsibility and offer all the necessary solutions.
