tried it with blueberries and blackberries, sadly no strawberries, and added raw honey / oat flakes.

I was just wondering for next time, can you
try different fruits
with it, i.e. strawberries,
blueberries etc?
And then I
tried a raw version inspired by your recipe (I soaked the buckwheat groats together
with dried
blueberries, whizzed it in a food processor the next morning and topped it
with a drizzle of peanut butter, maple syrup, hemp seeds and a sprinkle of sea salt) and it was divine!

with blueberries instead of strawberries.
I've not

with frozen
blueberries but I imagine that they would work well too!
In this recipe we use muesli and thick yoghurt for the bottom two layers and a simple but delicious
blueberry smoothie recipe on top, but we encourage you to use this as a starting points and
try the technique
with some of the other smoothies in the bundle or any smoothie of your own.

You could
try this: After I add the
blueberries, I push them into the batter
with the spatula otherwise when you turn them the batter sits up on top of the berries and away from the pan and they don't cook as well.
Try it topped
with some homemade
blueberry sauce.
I would
try blending them
with about 1 - 2 more tablespoons of oats, and pushing the
blueberries in once you pour the batter on the pan!
We
tried it
with both dried
blueberries and fresh blackberries; both were delicious although the fresh fruit was preferred.
I also love them
with red raspberries — I need to make a batch and
try blueberries, too.
