When someone left a comment on my water
kefir post asking if it was possible to use the same grains to make
milk kefir, I figured I'd give it a

So I decided, upon starting up a new batch of

try culturing it differently.

try using 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup
milk instead of the
kefir.

Fermented veggies and beverages such as sauerkraut, kimchii, beet kvaas, kombucha and coconut water and coconut
milk kefir are good foods to
try in small quantities and see how your body tolerates these as well.
Also
try adding in some
milk kefir grains and letting your
milk sit for a few days.
I had just recently

I started making
kefir with organic whole cow
milk, but then
tried it with goat
milk, and found that it thrived much better in the goat
milk.

I drink
milk kefir in the morning for breakfast and before bed and also

try applying
milk kefir whey to the seborrheic dermatitis.
I may be casein cow
milk intolerance but have read that this will be okay with
milk kefir so perhaps I would be better to

Try a new batch of
kefir (new
milk) after thoroughly washing your grains.
If you
try to swirl the
milk in the jar and it does not swirl, your
kefir is done and ready to be strained.
I have some water grains, but due to casein allergy I've been hesitant to

milk kefir first with your grains, then after you've made your grains multiply, take a few and

milk - and don't have any issues its great — I make cheese and juice — the cheese is for dips — and salads and tuna mix and all that — great in soups and stews — the juice I make protein smoothies out of it — every day a 16 ounce smoothie — just protein powder and
kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it maybe
