I would also suggest that any chocolate eaters with unexplained unpleasant symptoms make sure the chocolate they favor contains no soy
lecithin, and
try switching to a soy - free brand for a month.
One thing I should mention, India Tree's products are NOT Non-GMO verified, and do contain soy
lecithin, which is an ingredient we
try to avoid.
Try adding a teaspoon or so of Sunflower
Lecithin, I prefer the brand Dowd & Rogers as an emulsifier.
The easy ones and
lecithin can generally be squeezed out of gelcaps, but if you
try to use the dry ingredients from supplement capsules there may be various fillers etc in there which you don't want — read the other ingredients label & figure one of them will be the cap itself.
If you actively
try to avoid these controversial foods, soy
lecithin may be working against you.
I love cashew and almond milk (haven't
tried other nuts) but when I go to the store and read guar gum, tricalcium phosphate, and
lecithin on the label, I get super bummed!

My friend Gabby told me about her success with blending sunflower
lecithin into almond milk to stop the curdling but it took me literally years to
try it out.
