try the milk kefir grains soon...
I have some water grains, but due to casein allergy I've been hesitant to
try milk kefir grains to ferment the coconut milk.

When someone left a comment on my water
kefir post asking if it was possible to use the same
grains to make
milk kefir, I figured I'd give it a
try.
Also
try adding in some
milk kefir grains and letting your
milk sit for a few days.
Have you ever
tried to make coconut
milk kefir — fermented coconut
milk with regular
milk grains?
I
tried all kinds of ways to make it (including
grains and other ways, I forget all the different ways I
tried) then figured out that all I had to do is use a spoon of the previous batch to inoculate a container of fresh
milk and leave it on the counter for about three days and I had perfect
kefir.
Stick with plain, unflavored
kefir to minimize added sugars, and
try it in place of
milk over whole
grain cereal, blend it with fruit to make a smoothie, or just drink it straight.
Try a new batch of
kefir (new
milk) after thoroughly washing your
grains.
@Sansan — My suggestion is to make
milk kefir first with your
grains, then after you've made your
grains multiply, take a few and
try using them on the water
kefir recipe.

tried putting coconut oil into your
Kefir grains &
milk to make your
Kefir?
Folks may want to
try hemp
milk, which is high in omega 3,6 and 9, tastes nutty, not
tried it with
kefir yet, theres a producer selling it in some tesco's its called good
